Bugs fixed in v9.7?

Version 9.7 will be released in the next few days so I´d like to ask whether some bugs I´ve discovered in the last few weeks in v9.5 have been fixed. The order reflects my priorities:

- Admin rights for different users (Change username)
- Inconsistencies in live view (v9.5: Time error in live view) [DONE]
- Inconsistencies in with discuss and and comment icons (v9.5: Deletion of comments) [DONE]
- Wrong average five-star-ranking in live view (v9.5 Live view: votes miscalculated) [DONE]
- Missing lang.conf variables (Localization bugs)
- Wish: Define tag field length with configuration module tags (Number of tags for a story)
- Youtube-ID display (v9.5: Upcoming view - Video-ID is displayed) [DONE]

Dashes in user names would also be fine!

Please give me a notice whether it will be in v9.7 or at least v1.0. Thank you!

BTW: Can v9.7 handle all UTF-8 characters in tag cloud, live, latest comment, RSS and so on?

Just insert a condition for five-star-rating that halves the number.

There are additional limitations that lead to very artificial looking usernames (dash characters in username error.). Is it possible to mask the username?
