I have created a new module that displays images in a carousel in your sidebar.

You need a minimum of 4 images for this module to work properly and there is no upper limit (that I know of)

You can have as many as you want, I currently have 7 ads running.

To add more, Open "modules/sidebar_ads/sidebar_ads.tpl"

Find </ul> and before it add:

<li>
<a href="http://www.URLHERE.com" target="blank"><img src="/modules/sidebar_ads/images/IMAGE_NAME_HERE.png"></a>
</li>

You can add as many as you want just keep inserting them. Obviously you need to change the link url and image name

I have found a bug with the module (already )

For some reason it is stopping any "onclick=\"new Effect.toggle" from working. For example if you try to collapse a sidebar box when this is enabled it won't. And it affects ALL instances of this. On Linka I have this effect in use for my "login" and "search" forms.

I am trying to figure this out, but as I do not know too much about coding if anyone has any suggestions on how I can fix this it would be greatly appreciated.

Yeah man you use JQuery and Scriptaculous together. These js libraries are not immediately compatible to work simultaneously.

Update. Need to change "sidebar_ads_admin_main_link.tpl"

{config_load file="/libs/lang.conf"}
to
{config_load file="/languages/lang_english.conf"}

Does anyone know where to change the size of the images? I am trying to get this installed in a different section of the site and need the image size to be different.
