I changed a little bit a mod I found here few days ago. At this moment mod is 100% compatible with pligg and jquery. You can see working mod here : moj-news.pl . I`m waiting for your suggestions.

find:

setTimeout(so_xfade,6000);

change number value

higher value = longer period of time.

All you need to do is:
Open: root/modules/sidebar_ads/templates/sidebar_ads.tpl
Find:

<a href="{$URL_register}"><img src="{$my_pligg_base}/modules/sidebar_ads/images/register_ad.jpg" alt="moj-news mobilny" /></a>

change like you want:

<a href="external website"><img src="{$my_pligg_base}/modules/sidebar_ads/images/your image.jpg" alt="your description" /></a>

you can add as many ads as you want. All you need to do is copy line like this above and fill with new values

I install it and admin account show me the massage "Could not open .//modules/sidebar_ads/lang.conf". And sidebar didn't see any ads. What can I do??
