I have installed it, I uploaded the files in templates how to put them in wistie? Can you help which file goes where?

It's pretty easy to run it. You need to ftp the auto adsense to the folder of module, then open the 3 file separately and replace the adsense ID to yours. I just set up mine a couple of days ago.

Here how I solved.

In file: templates/wistie/story_center.tpl (or any template with story_center) add your adsense code between those two lines:
{checkActionsTpl location="tpl_pligg_story_related_end"}
and
{checkActionsTpl location="tpl_pligg_story_comments_start"}

Example:

{checkActionsTpl location="tpl_pligg_story_related_end"}
{/if}
{if $pagename eq "story"}
    <center>
    add your adsense 728x90 code here
    </center>
{/if}
{checkActionsTpl location="tpl_pligg_story_comments_start"}

WARNING!
Your URL method must be 1 = Non-SEO Links. Example: /story.php?title=Example-Title

Great module, just change the ads in the template of the module and it works great, everything is fine under pligg 1.04
