This is because Pligg_Files has been removed and the sidebar_stats_setting is trying to select data from it. Comment the line that tries to fetch from this table in sidebar_stats_setting and try.

Usually modules will use "module hooks" that are already inserted into your templates to determine where they should be placed. If a template is missing a module hook the module will not have a way to add itself into the template. If you are really using Pligg 9.5 Beta and the lemontwist template it's very likely that your site may not have the necessary module hooks or features required to run some modules.
