I knew that we had another sidebar stats module somewhere, but didn't see it in the SVN the other day so I decided to just write my own. This module offers pretty much the same functionality as ChuckRoast's version, only with a few additional features. The following statistics are supported:

1. Newest Member
2. Total number of members
3. Total votes
4. Total Stories
5. Total Comments
6. Total Groups
7. Uploaded Files (requires upload module)
8. Private messages (requires simple private messaging module)

Items italicized are turned off by default by me commenting them out from the template file.

This module will be included with Pligg 1.0.1.

I think the sidebar_stats_setting.php tries to select from tbl_files which doesn't exist. Try commenting this line.

Just to inform that Yankidank's Sidebar Stats free module is making Video Plus not working properly. If you have Yakidank Sidebar Stats installled, video playback doesn't work, you only get a blank pop-up and nothin happens. If you disable that Stats module, it works again.

Tested it on Pligg 1.2.0
