Pnub
Pnub is a helper module. A helper module is something that other modules can use to achieve a process. It's for other developers to use while building modules. A module might require a link to it's location but doesn't fit in the standard navigation top menu, or sidebar. That's where this module comes in handy.
This module places a small dropdown button on the top right of your Pligg 2.x.x bootstrapped site and allowes other modules to add links inside the dropdown.
Developers how to use.
There are 3 hooks available.

Use a regular line item in your tpl file. Example:
