a small bug leads to "file not found":
the template folder name in the zip file you uploaded is "blustandard", not "bluestandard".
and line 15 of comment_show.tp:
<img src="{$my_pligg_base}/templates/bluestandard/images/comment-top-main.gif" alt="" />

I have updated templates files, Those who have already installed the template, please open comment_show.tpl file and find following:

<img src="{$my_pligg_base}/templates/bluestandard/images/comment-top-main.gif" alt="" />

Replaced with:

<img src="{$my_pligg_base}/templates/{$the_template}/images/comment-top-main.gif" alt="" />
