Order status still pending, not able to download

Hello,

So, how long does it take to allow user to download a template from the Pligg Pro site after the payment has been received?

I've been waiting for over 2 days now and sent email yesterday, of course, no replies to that either.

Same here, I don't know how this thing works. I bought the "Submit Pro" package 3 days back and got no email,nothing...i even emailed 'eric@pligg.com" but no replies so far...

I just checked the download section and my file is there ready to be downloaded..

I've replied to every email (usually within a few hours) that people have sent to eric@pligg.com or through the contact form on the shop. Please let me know if you didn't receive the email, and check your spam folder. It was sent from eric@pligg.com

After checking into my mail I have sent reply emails to both of you. Invisontech should have received his email within about an hour of sending it. Mickscool's email I accidentally missed because of the title. I will email you a response right now.

I resent the email. These should be going to your username @gmail.com correct?

Turns out that the email provided in the contact form was not his actual email address, so I had no way to contact him back. Time to close this thread.
