Export (9.7) and import (9.8.2)

I have changed the host and by the way I have changed the version of pligg.
I have exported the structure and data from the 9.7 version in the old host and executed the file with PHPMyAdmin on the new host powered by Pligg version 9.8.2

The data are here, but when I click on a category, the same page is displayed with the published new default page.
Actually when I click on a category the page is unchanged whatever it is.

What's the error?
Is is a problem to export from Pligg and execute from PHPMyAdmin?
Can I perform the move in a better way?

It's hard to help with such limited information provided.

This could be caused by several things including incorrect upgrade/move.

Possibly an incorrect .htaccess file?

Did you run /install/upgrade.php?

Did you correctly set setting.php and /libs/dbconntect.php?

I have tried install/upgrade.php and taken these messages:

And nothing changed, I can't display categories...
There is no .htaccess file.
setting.php and dbconnect.php are those provided with Pligg 9.8.2 with .default extensions removed.
