| Problems Updating to 9.8.2 I backed up config.php and settings.php. I also backed up my whole database. I installed the newest version of pligg on top of my old one but now I have a problem. All my stories are gone. I'm not sure where they were held. Is there a way to retrieve them using my old database. Putting back the original config.php and settings.php didn't work. This is the biggest problem I have. Other problems are now I have to go back and change little things like my logo in header, etc. I really need help. Thanks.  |

| I'm sorry, I just noticed that I posted this in the wrong section. I think I know where I went wrong: I did an install instead of an update. Thank god for backups. I will try again. |
