RSS importer not clickable / Categories forbidden

Hi,
This is light Pligg is light years ahead of the nearest competitor, thanks.
I installed the script, went very smooth , then installed the Arabic translation (into the /lib and all the directories indicated). two problems occurred:

1. RSS importer in the admin panel shows the RSS icon only but no link! nothing can be clicked to get me there! (tried to find the direct link but non-worked) , tried to uninstall and reinstall the RSS importer module, didn't help either, checked the translation file and it seems the translation for the the RSS importer is there, what do you think the solution? or is there a URL I can go to to add the RSS feeds instead?

2. Some of the categories, regardless if it contain articles or not, when a user click on them they show forbidden error:

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /inbush/index.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

any solutions for those 2 problems?

OK,
one problem down one to go:

I noticed that the categories that gives me trouble are the ones with the longer names, so I made the category name shorter, that did the trick (Seems that there is no set limit to the No. of characters in the category field WHEN using another langauge - in this case ARABIC).

Now I am still scratching my head regarding the missing RSS importer admin control link, I can see the RSS icon but i can't click through into the settings,

any ideas?
