Should I upgarde hosting or change company

Guys I'm in a sticky spot here my website is loading like a constipated old man and I'm stuck with little or no choice... I must upgrade hosting plan or simply change hosting companies all together!

In your experience as a website owner would you upgrade or would you switch to another company?

I'm currently with godaddy.com and I have the deluxe package. the next step up would be the premium package.

I mean I don't really want to stay with godaddy because even their own website is so slow as I wait here for package deals and information to share with you.

P.s. still no loading.. sad days ahead lol

Any advice on what I should do?

Yeah I agree. Should start on MT grid server. If traffic picks up, buy an SQL container for it, then a DV, etc, if you continue in popularity. The upgrade path and customer service is second to none in my experience.

This is the word going around! But the reality of it all is bloggers don't click adds so I have little or no income to support upgrading to a dedicated sever...

any suggestions for companies with great deals on a virtual server?

I moved my operations over to a Joyent Accelerator after Design Float started passing 10,000 visits a day and now it screams! I was with MT prior and it's amazing how much faster the site runs now that it has dedicated resources to use.

Any company that charges prices like that and doesn't have a 1-800 number I'll pass but thanks for the suggestion!

They were doing a great special when I signed up so I got 2 years for the price of one. They're a small company though, only 10 employees I think, might be why they don't have an 800 number. Regardless, they've been a pleasure to work with so far. You could also try someone like Slicehost (Slicehost - VPS Hosting). They're cheap, but very bare bones so unless you really know your server management, you'll prob have to hire a server admin to set things up for you.

yes I know nothing about server management... I can barely understand my tables inside the server :(

What do you think about this plan. Virtual Dedicated Server (VDS) Hosting, Virtual Private Server (VPS) Hosting - Utilizing Virtuozzo and cPanel Linux Virtual Server Technology - HostV Hosting Solutions
