I highly suggest that you test out your template on 9.9.5 on your local computer first to see what issues you will need to fix. Run a program like WAMP and set it up using your sites mysql (you will need to modify settings for the location its installed).

Use the Pligg backups so you get a copy of all your old files and mysql saved to your local hard disk that way you have a preserved copy of your working Pligg site in case you need to revert changes.

You could compare yget 9.8.2 with yget 9.9.5 (assuming your template is yget based) using a tool like Winmerge to see what files have been changed since you began your own template, then apply tose changes to your own template.

Thanks man. I already upgraded it succefusly (http://estosesale.com), but I didn't test to backup my old template yet.

By the way I'm pretty sure they hacked my pligg site:
When I go to Admin > Comment Management it redirect me to that fuc*ing site Clickbooth Publisher Affiliate Network and CPA Network
Solutions?

did you replace all of the /templates/YOURTEMPLATE/admin directory? They could have hacked in to your earlier version Pligg site and modified some templates (something we patched recently) including your admin templates. Just replace them with the latest version and make sure you remove the admin_editor.php file from your site because it had a security hole in it.

I have just done it:
replace all of the /templates/YOURTEMPLATE/admin directory
and
remove the admin_editor.php file from your site

But problems persists when I go to Admin > Comment Management (Pligg Beta 9 / Login) it shows the right screen for few seconds but then it re-direct me to another site (now to Huge Traffic - Affiliate Program)

I don't think is a problem on yget as it also happens if I use vera template

WHen you first go to the comment management screen, right click and view source so you can see if there is something in the code redirecting. They might have even added it to something like your htaccess file. I really can't tell what the problem is without seeing it with my own eyes.

No on/off switch in the admin panel, but you could just remove it from your templates (comment_form.tpl, submit_step_1.tpl, submit_step_2.tpl, submit_step_3.tpl) and remove the link to submit from your site.
