pligg error afer migration

I am getting this error After migration on to new server

have made no changes anywhere

Although you provided some information, Its clearly not all the information you could have provided. You offered no server specifications for the migration. Did you clear the templates_c folder? Did you edit the settings.php file? You can't assume just copying pligg verbatim from server to server. Help us help you.

Server is running PHP Version 5.2.6
Apache 2.0
MYSQL 5.0.67

I have cleared template_c and i havent edited anything on settting.php

Hope this info will help me guide o fix the bug

Hope this info will help me guide o fix the bug
setting.php is where the sql database information and the base URL is set. You might want to make sure those are set correctly.
