Change "tell me about pligg" and more

Hi Pliggies. Just a couple quick questions.

How do I change this title "tell me about pligg" on the User menu? (want to change it to "tell me about mydomain") Also, How do I change "Pligg for stories" to my own title?

-then how to i edit the text on the faq-en.php page? Where is the text to edit to change to my site.

And finally (I promise)-

How do I edit this text on the submit page?
