Not all story links work

I'm debugging my website and I've noticed that not all story links work. When I click on certain links/titles, a blank web page opens up. Some of the links work and some don't. Please see the sample link below. If I copy and paste the part after url=, the links work. Anyone know why this might be occurring? Any help is appreciated. Thanks

AshDigg has asked me to reply to this for him since he can't at the moment.

The reason it's not working is because there are two ? marks in the link. So the code needs to be fixed... urlencode or something to encode the ? marks and & marks in the link.

could it be the same problem? are there any fix already?

when i do admin for the url, it appears healthy (and work correctly), but when accessing from 'normal' page, the "&" in URLs become "&amp".

some hints for a quick fix are welcome!
