Submit Story Problem

Hello to all

I installed pligg and I really like it. Congratulations

I submitted some stories and it worked well. But now it will not take the url when I submit a story. The message shown is: URL is invalid or blocked:

Even if it is a well known URL.

Can anybody help me.

What type of server is this running on... Sounds like it doesnt support "fopen"
