6.1 after Modify Language ,textCode Chaos

HI Pligg-father.

my Pligg6.1 after Modify Language ,textCode Chaos..

How can I fix it? I use it for Ost-asia Language with in utf-8.

Unless I set charset=gb2312" in all_header.tpl , I have chaos-text.

But I think this is not a good way.

with Beta5 it had not this poblem.

it had a good seting with charset=utf-8 in Pligg source-code.

but Bate6 not

i remember reading somewhere (i could be wrong) that pligg is not supported outside of utf-8 charsets.

guess the problem is, admin_modifylanguage.php does not output header,
the browser might display the page as it's default charset that is not utf-8,
so when submit texts, they will not be processed in utf-8.

yes, thats great,

this is a big BUG.

i had added a output header in admin_modifylanguage.php .
and all comes OK

In latest version of pligg . i can't find out this problem because i can't find admin_modifylanguage.php ... when i use translate my language ( English to Thai ) i need to use UTF-8 to correct this problem .. how can i solve this problem
