| HI Pligg-father. my Pligg6.1 after Modify Language ,textCode Chaos.. How can I fix it? I use it for Ost-asia Language with in utf-8. Unless I set charset=gb2312" in all_header.tpl , I have chaos-text. But I think this is not a good way. hlep me please! thanks alot |

| i remember reading somewhere (i could be wrong) that pligg is not supported outside of utf-8 charsets. |

| guess the problem is, admin_modifylanguage.php does not output header, the browser might display the page as it's default charset that is not utf-8, so when submit texts, they will not be processed in utf-8. |
