Content update rate

Hello all,
So I've finally got my site up and running. I've mainly just made some minor aesthetic changes for now and plan to re-vamp it next weekend:

http://www.prube.com

My question is this. How does the Pligg engine decide what gets posted to the front page? Is there a hard number cutoff on what gets posted, or is it based on the current score of what's on the front page? It would be nice if it were something like the latter that would scale with the number of users/votes coming to the site.

Currently I'm just posting using the admin privileges, and I'll probably continue to do so for a while, but I'm just curious how this will continue in the future.

Thanks all
---Lane
