Pligg stops people from submitting news from the same URL

Duplicate article URL:
Please double check the URL and make sure that the article has not been already published

How can I turn this off, so people from the same site can keep submitiing stories with the same url???

I dont see the problem because if they use the same website but diferent id example: http:www.example.com/something.php?ID=12020 the URL end diferent they can send story.

I would like to know how to disable this as well. The site I get news from is from a front page (index.php) and not unique url's some something.phpID=whatever. Any help would be appreciated.

Here's an old thread on how to allow duplicate urls. It's for v8.2 but the same principles should apply (methinks).
