HELP! Outgoing links are all redirecting to my site

All of a sudden all outgoing links on my site have started re-directing to my main page. For the life of me I cannot figure out why this is happening.

Did you turn URL method 2 on? If so, just go into your admin config > OutGoing and set it to false.

i just noticed on a stories discussion page that the outgoing links there redirect to that page so it looks like all outgoing links are pointing to the page your on.

phew thanks I was freaking out there! didn't see your first reply before I posted mine but that did fix it.
