error when trying to rename category

I have searched the forum and hopefully someone can help me with the following issue:

I am on a DreamHost server using PHP4. And Pligg version is Beta 9.

When I tried to rename a category, for example, "all" or a newly created one, I got the error and the log says (I removed the "referer: .../admin_categories.php" text) :

Security Alert! The PHP CGI cannot be accessed directly.

This PHP CGI binary was compiled with force-cgi-redirect enabled. This means that a page will only be served up if the REDIRECT_STATUS CGI variable is set, e.g. via an Apache Action directive.

A lot of people have solved their problems by switching to php 5 with DreamHost.

EDIT: Yank installed a mod that breaks all the hyperlinks that have "DreamHost" in them. Copy and paste the above link into your browser.
