allow duplicates

i want to allow duplicate links to be posted, but it won't let me

I would preffer when a user posts a duplicate link, it points to the existing one.

well like if google had a holiday logo and a user posted it, and it had a new one it would say google.com was already posted but it's two different things

Here is what I would like to see:

If a user submits a story that has the same link on the page where it says: "Yeah right think again sucker" instead it should say: "This link has been submitted in the past: Here are the previous stories
