i want to disable url fetching

i think it's not so useful and some time i get prob from fsockopen or other webmasters don't like my fetching there sites !!!

so no need for fetching ! users will post the url and the title by hand so why we fetching ?

what that's so important abot url fetching ! it's just problems maker !

if i remove fetch func the story will posted w\o url just "1" after my site url ?? all what i need is post full story title+url w\o fetching !!!!!!!!!!!!
