Can't edit the values for anything in the Admin area: language, categories, configure

I have a serious problem. After re-designing the pligg, simply by editing the colors and image files and editing some of the template .tpl files, I went to my Admin control panel to add some categories. I can' t move them around nor can I change the values. I tried to change values in the language manger but I also failed to do so there. I also tried the configure pligg section and I couldn't edit any of the values there also.

There must be something wrong with the code to edit these values. Something must have happened while I was changing around my pligg site.

Any Ideas? Suggestions? Solutions?

Thanks!
