Is anyone using any of the advertising networks on their sites, yet? I noticed that the sites listed in the forums haven't been using ads.
Is there a reason for not having ads on a Pligg site?

| Advertising on Pligg sites? |

Ads don't pay anything substantial until you've attained significant traffic. When you are ready to add your advertisements, I would recommend Yahoo ads over Google. Here's a link to substantiate my recommendation: http://business.timesonline.co.uk/ar...123601,00.html |

I've seen a few sites based on Pligg have ads (can't recall which ones), though I'd reckon they're not earning them that much as yet. Practically all Pligg sites are new, and therefore don't have the significant factors in place to justify placing ads yet (such as significant traffic, etc.). This should obviously change in time, unless you already have another site or sites and just apply your ad code to these. |
