Hungarian special character problem

If the tag name have hungarian special character (á,é,í,ó,ö,ő,ü,ű) example : árát ,távol,előző. Tag search dosent work.

I usd : Pligg_beta 9,6 last version .

I'dont usd : makeFriendly plugin (i cant find hungarian version)
I usd you hack : Help, utf-8 + Friendly Url + Outgoing title = Error

its great , i dont have problem : hungarian links , or search box .

when you use these tags, if you click on elozo it works but not the others wonder why.

I testing lot of time great Pligg cms . I think work's good : ű or ő charatchter. But dont work :á,é,í,ó,ö,ü, characther .
Next time I serach other cms forum what the problem .
