After host move: cashed files are 0bytes, site BROKE !

Hello all,

I have been suffering for almost 2 weeks with no advance !

I moved to a new host, everything seemed fine ..
I deleted all the cashe files and those found in templates_c ..
The site loaded (incompletely) for the first time, but the categories did not show ..

After that, the site showed a blank white screen, and did not load until I re-cleared the templates_c

I found that all the files in the templates_c are of 0bytes .. so it is normal to find a blank screen when the pligg reuse these files ..

The folder " templates_c" has the correct 777 permission, i find that the empty 0bytes files have 644 permission, is that normal ?

How do u suppose i can fix this problem ..?

I forgot to say ..

The previous was the case for 12 days, then (with no definition of me) the cashe worked fine .. and the site went on for 2 days perfectly ..

Then i realised that the header, the sidebar began to disappear .. when I flushed the cashe and the "templates_c" .. i returned to Step0 .. a blank screen untill you flush the cashed files
