tags take me to error page?

I did a search on the forum, but couldn't find any help.

URL: www.mvptimes.com

Tags work great if you click on them from the published news page.
Click on a tag from the story page or the queued news page and it will take you to an error page.

URL to tags from published page is:
http://www.mvptimes.com/index.php?se...atsui&tag=true

URL to tags from the story page is:
http://www.mvptimes.com/story/Games-...atsui&tag=true

URL to tags from the queued news page is:
http://www.mvptimes.com/shakeit/inde...ngton&tag=true

Like I said, clicking on tags only will work from the home page. All help on what files to add/edit would be greatly appeciated!

I basically need to change the link from the tag section to just /index.php? blah blah blah instead of /story/Story-Title/index.php?blah blah
