can not modify anything !!

while entering the "admin>Modify Language" or admin>configure(your-site)

i can not change anything... there is no option to change the text from false to true or perform any other change to configuration ...

nothing happens while marking the line...

Assuming you're at the admin>Modify Language page. Place your mouse pointer in front of value: and click once. The text should change into yellow and will become editable. You'll also notice a Save and Cancel button after you click.

there must be a file that set's this file on disable or something...

same thing i cannot edit anything , when after entering to Admin > Category Management , cannot edit any category, or cannot add new category

Try uninstalling the java effects module and re-install it.

i tested some methods, some of them explained in this forum.

1. Javascript Effects Pack v0.1 modules re-installed.
2. Modules folder deleted and re-installed.
3. Tested on IE 6 and FF 2.0
4. Disabled Antivirus software and any other possible blocker, popup blocker, cleared temp folders.
5. Tested EditInPlace on prototype 's web site, EditInPlace working on there, but not on Pligg very interesting...

Well, without seeing the site in question I can only make guesses here. So I would assume something is breaking your Javascript. Possibly you added something or made changes to the site?

not any modifications done. Just working on default install, other thing is Pligg installed in folder not root. i.e. www.domain.com/sites/pligg , it this cause problem ?

And I notice on IE, it gives page error fail on status bar, Event and Draggable is undefined. I think this cause problem.

I would suggest root. It also could be a permissions error.
