To login to your Admin Panel navigate to YOUR-DOMAIN.COM/admin. If you are not yet logged into a "god" level account, you will be redirected to a login page. After a successful login you will be redirected back to the Admin Panel.
The Admin Panel is split up into several different sections for managing and changing settings for your Pligg site. Most of these sections appear across the top navigation bar in the Admin Panel. Below is a brief description of many of the features that are accessible through these navbar links.
The default landing tab for the Admin Panel, the Admin tab feature's Pligg's Widget system. Widgets are the blocks of information that appear on this page. Some are configurable elements which can be controlled or uninstalled by clicking on icons in the title bar for each widget. You can install and uninstall widgets form the Widgets tab.
The manage tab leads to your news management area, with further options for managing users, comments, categories, pages and groups. Most of the basic site moderation will be performed from this tab.
This is the tab that is responsible for the settings across your Pligg website. You should thoroughly investigate the contents of the Configure section soon after your installation or upgrade.
This page is where you can install and uninstall modules from your Pligg website. You can also configure many of the modules from this tab.
Similar to the modules page, here you can install and uninstall widgets that appear on your Admin Panel homepage.
Want to edit your Pligg template? Here's the place to do it. You will need to CHMOD 777 any files that you wish to modify before loading this page.
Here you can edit the phrases that appear throughout your Pligg site.
