Where do I set database? Install directions anywhere?

My apologies to everyone here as I seem to be the only one missing such a vital element. I've looked through all the posts and can't seem to find an answer.

Can anyone tell me where to enter my database info? While I've a fair bit of knowledge of html and CSS, I haven't the slightest of where to get started setting this up.

I've played with the CSS a little and am REALLY anxious to get going... just need to be pointed in the right direction. I tried viewing the FLASH instructions stickied to the top of this forum, but it only plays for about 10 seconds...

it will ask you for the info, make sure your correct files are writeable (will promt you if they are not) 755 should work, if not use 777

yanki, you might wanna remove the png's for ie, or at least code them with the ie "hack"
