Add-on domain Javascript Problem

I created my Pligg site as an add-on to my existing website. That is, the pligg contents are one of the folders of my main website (KnewThis / Published News)

This URL is being pointed to by my domain KnewThis / Published News

The problem is the original URL shows my pligg template perfectly..however if you visit it from KnewThis.com link, I find that the contents of the page are not showing properly..My host provider suggested that it is a Javascript problem on my source code.

Can someone clarify how to rectify this?
Thanks..

It looks like you simply need to correct the location of your CSS file to me.

In pligg.tpl, where it shows the source of your CSS file, change this:

Quote:
<link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="/pligg/kmessaging/templates/yget/css/main.css" media="screen" />
to:

Quote:
<link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="http://www.techcrunchies.com/pligg/kmessaging/templates/yget/css/main.css" media="screen" />
and see if that corrects the issue.

Aside from the template, the site works I believe.

also if u didn't do this

u need to go to ADMIN >> Configure >> Location Installed

Then change to KNewthis.com

and it should work..

if it doesn't work do GEO's manual CSS thing.

Thanks a lot Geoserv and Manya1011,

I really really appreciate your help. I just find it funny that after one week, it was just a matter of 1 minute to resolve the issue. I tried the admin-> config link and the problem is resolved.

You guys rock!
