Editing variables in the sidebar

I am running 7.2 with the MB template. I can't find where I should change the variables in the right sidebar. Specifically:

"What is Pligg?" (I did already change the read more text in faq-en_center but the sidebar itself is a mystery)

Also:
"Pligg for Stories"
"Submit a New Story" and
"Sneak/Spy"

I have tried searching the forums. I am sure there is an answer but because pligg, what and is are all common words, I get almost everything that has ever been posted to the forums. I've also tried searching on sidebar - again with no success. Can someone please point me in the right direction?

if your talking about the actual words (change "Pligg for Stories" to "Look for Stories" or whatever), go to your admin panel and click on language settings, search for the variable that says "Pligg for Stories" and edit it.
