I installed 2 times already, I goto mysite.com/install directory and i see a blue screen on it with white tables that displays 0: and just 3 site domain names. This is a VERY BUGGY Script and it simple just does not work.
I rather pay someone $500 to get my own designed

clearly you are not knowledgeable enough to read simple directions. There are also videos available on youtube showing you how to install it. If something like following written directions are of great difficulty to you I would suggest not using pligg. Apparently the the other millions of users have no problem. Please do your best attempt to read.
