Delay when "submit" is clicked

I am trying to resolve a problem with my website which is made in Pligg. When someone clicks on "submit" it takes over a minute to process. I am using Pligg 9.9.

Has this happened to any of you? Do you know what the solution could be or what the problem is? I have other websites in the same hosting account. All of the websites run quickly and function perfectly using Drupal.
