Arrow System Requirements

I am buying web hosting, where I will be using pligg script and I want to make sure that it will work!

Full Technical Specifications:

DATABASES
MySQL 4.1 (phpMyAdmin)

PROGRAMMING
PHP 4 / 5
Perl (CGI-BIN)
Server Side Includes
MS FrontPage Exts.

SECURITY
Dedicated SSL
Dedicated IP
.htaccess

But it doesn't have:
Ruby on Rails
Python
SSH (Shell Access)
ASP (Windows Service)

P.S:I really need you help! Please reply!!!

I'm pretty sure that will work. Most hosts have a 30-day money back garauntee so if it doesn't work they give you your money back within 30 days. But by the looks of it, I think you should be good to go.

Also pspell on the server for the spell check. There is an alternative spell check in pligg now that can be used without pspell but it's not nearly as good.

Can somebody explain to me what is "Command line access" and how it works?

I found it on Pligg Instalation support (http://www.pligg.com/wiki/index.php?title=Install)
