| local-antispam.txt holds all the domains that an admin has banned. You have to enable spam checking in the admin panel first. Every time a story is submitted this file is checked for banned domains.

| so the syntax is http://www.domain.com in local-antispam.txt ? I guess it's one domain per line. what about the antispam.txt, is it a banned word list ? |

| I think that's the format but not sure off the top of my head. You don't have to edit the file manually. When a story is sumitted you can use the admin links to ban the URL. Click on admin links > change status > ban this URL.
