can I put codes, which calculate the number of site visitors, into my pligg?

hi,

I installed a pligg, and I want to add some scripts to calculate the number of site visitors into my pligg.

Can I?

And where can I put scripts in the pligg software? which directory/subdirectror?

Thanks!

doesn't really matter, as long as you provide the right path to whatever script you are using.

Depends on the software you intend to use. If you want to use google analytics it's as simple as adding the analytics header information into /templates/TEMPLATENAME/pligg.tpl. Same idea goes for most traffic tracking tools like Mint.

tomxiong generaly this code would be placed in between the
Code:
<head> and </head>
section of your template. If you are using mollio you would need to edit pligg.tpl
