Itīs a folder of your Pligg installation. You should delete the files inside from time to time to enhance the perormance

If anyone plans to create a video tutorial I could recommend CamStudio (CamStudio - Free Screen Recording Software). It´s free and it produces small swf files and html starter.

I have chosen for a minimum size (roughly 1 MB/min zipped):
Initial AVI codec: Cinepaq
15 fps AVI, audio default
Transcoding to swf: 15 fps, 15 Keyfps, audio default

Edit: Screen size was 641x500 p that equals the welcome bar, breadcrumb and the lower screen except the sidebar. To capture the other areas I moved the browser window.

If you plan a high-end tutorial without or with very limited audio Wink (Wink - [Homepage]) is a good and free alternative.

Explanation: DebugMode Forums :: Index (max. 4 fps)

Thumbs up Video tutorials are a GREAT idea!

The video tutorial for the phpBB integration is a great way for the uninitiated (like me) to see how to do things. Can a forum area be set up just for video tutorials? Even if they are contributed by power users (if the devs don't have time), they'd be extremely helpful. The one suggestion I'd add to the video is that instead of music, a voiceover by the person on the PC explaining exactly what it going on (a la Camtasia) would dramatically increase our ability to follow directions. Otherwise, nicely done!
