Admin panel not working after 9.5 upgrade

I made a successful upgrade today to v9.5, but I'm using Digital Nature template and only after the upgrade I saw on forum that this new Pligg version is unsupported yet.
The problem(s): After I login as god user going in the admin panel and clicking on any admin option there does not have any effect. I still remain in the front page of the site. (The RSS feeds are also not working - maybe also because of the template)
How can I change the template to another one if I have no access to this feature in the admin panel?

When you change the template to yget does everything work? Unfortunately, the only templates released with 9.5 are the ones that have support for 9.5.

yes everything works I can type in the path in the url and im find I need to edit the admim menu ?
