Fatal error right after installation

hi,

I've just installed and have followed the instructions. I edited dbconnect.php and config php.

Next I surf to my pligg which is http://tm:8000/pligg . This is the message I get.


Notice: Undefined index: template in C:\Program Files\Apache Software Foundation\Apache2.2\htdocs\pligg\config.php on line 91

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare _() in C:\Program Files\Apache Software Foundation\Apache2.2\htdocs\pligg\libs\dbconnect.p hp on line 6


I'm running pligg 7.1, apache 2.2.1, php 5.0.1, and mysql 4+ in win xp.

now I get this error right after I run install.php and goto admin_index.php

this site http://www.geeklog.net/faqman/index.php?op=view&t=38 told me to remove white spaces at the end and at the front. I already did. But I still face the same problem. Even after I restarted tbe server

I hate it when that happens! Actually, fatal error "before" installation is far worse!
