Any particular reason as to why you're not posting the mod here on the forums? Some people may not like the fact that they have to register at your forum just to get this mod. Me personally, I don't care, as you're pretty helpful throughout the community and I've seen your posts and don't mind joining your forum -- but some may not see it that way.

You may want to consider that and post the mod here on the pligg forums.

Of course, it's only a suggestion. Thanks for fixing it -- as I appreciate your hard work towards finding the solution.

Hi blaze,

The change i made to the modules_libs.php might mess other things up so need a few testers first on v9.9.0, also i dont know if the change will effect other variables yet so didnt want to release it officially but after i implemented it my v9.9.0 site a few people asked me for it over at my blog.

If Ashdigg could maybe take 5mins (I Know He Is Busy) to have a look at and edit the code in a better way within the pligg v9.9.0 modules_libs.php to work with this MoD i will put it up here for download. Until then this should really be considered as a hack and not an offical Module and as such shouldn;t be used in a live enviroment as yet.

If you do test this out please report any bugs you find.

Did this module support 9.8.2 now? I see some guys asking this question and I want to know, too.

Yes, the stock image upload module (v0.4) that comes with pligg v9.82 actually does work with pligg v9.82. The image upload module v1.0 works with pligg 9.82 as well -- however, there are many complaints that v1.0 doesn't work with anything previous to 9.82 and it definitely doesn't work with v9.9.

This version of the image upload module (v1.02) provided by pliggedit is a hack/fix that should work just fine only with v9.9 of Pligg.

If you're using v9.82, then just use the stock version of image_upload it comes with (v0.4) -- as it works just fine, or else upgrade to v1.0.

but I find the tutorial is different from the default template of 9.8.2. So when you mention change template which template do you mean?
for example, default template does not include what you said "class" "submit.php" etc.

It seems that the uploaded image doesn't show on summaries/frontpage, it'll only displayed on story details. Is it working as designed?

Jenn, you're confusing me. Let's begin with what version of pligg are you using? What version of image upload are you using (ie: v0.4 or v1.0?) If you're using the stock version that came with your pligg installation, then that is v0.4.

Once I figure this out, then ask me your question.

Is there anyway we can jst make the thumbnail picture NOT click able? See I can get the image to the images folder so I'm think lets just remove the link fro m the image for now. Any ideals on how I could do that?

Si in general the pic will be there but it won't be a live link, simply just a picture
