Pay per post

i would like to pay users for every post(I am rich). Is there a mod that would allow me to do this ? If it is not, I would like to pay someone to do this(I am rich). Pls PM me with your quote. I would like a select user group to be paid when they submit a post. Each category will have a different price for posting. I want to be able to specify that in category admin. Some reporting for admin and user with the total amount earned would be necessary.
