EVP in WP plugin

Hi, I want to you make me something like MyEVP but it must work like WP plugin.

When WP blog owner istall that plugin it will automaticlly add EVP on every post in blog and when someone click on VOTE link it will automaticlly add that link as a new story at my pligg site.

It will grab title and description from head tags and will publish under autor who enter their username in plugin settings in WP admin panel.

But that story will be submitted only if it have 1 VOTE if is VOTE on 0 it will not be submitted into my pligg site.

It need be setup to anonymouse can vote and voting must be Digg like, not redirecting to my pligg site, only AJAX update to VOTED.



Time is not very important here, I just need to hear from you did you can and want to do that and tell me price?
