Is there a way to turn off that poisoning feature?

It seems like if you have a lot of bots visiting your site, the server would spend extra time generating fake email addresses.

While you can't necessarily shut it off, you can set it to generate 1 address. which would be almost no server load. I've tested it generating over 25 thousand and it only took about 1.4 seconds. It's not very server intensive since it's only generating text.

is this module pack working on 9.9.0?

I purchased it, installed 2 easy hacks, none works.

- Text-ad-Links
- Comstats

Hey Chuckroast,

Do you think there is an easy way to embed the Ajax chat module on the Live page other than with an iframe?

Thanks, CP

I'll answer my own post, here's a button with a pop up for the ajax chat.
in your template live_center.tpl after
Code:
<div id="cab" style="float:right;margin-top:-38px">
	<ul>
add this and replace with your url:
Code:
{if $user_authenticated eq true}
    <li><a href="javascript:void(window.open('http://yoursiteurl.com/modules/ajaxchat/index.html','Shoutbox','resizable=yes,location=no,menubar=no,scrollbars=yes,status=no,toolbar=no,fullscreen=no,dependent=yes,width=550,height=600'))" style="text-decoration : none;" class="navbut3"><span>Shoutbox</span></a></li>
{/if}
