3D Pie Charts for Pligg

3D Pie Charts for Pligg

Easily add a crisp 3D Pie Chart for each submitted story.
This mod will take the votes and buries for each story and generate a pie chart to display the vote/bury activity for each story.

The pie chart is set to show only on the story page and also adds the bury total number next to the bury button on the summary pages of the published and queued story lists.

The readme contains 2 sets of instructions. One for people using the default yget template and another for people using different or modified templates.

Requires Pligg 9.9

Pie Charts for Pligg is now available in the Pligg Pro Shop.

Hi, I was interested in this module, but I had a couple questions. Is it possible to use bars instead of a pie? This is the deciding factor for me. Also is this module based on plotr or PlotKit? Thanks.

And one more. Is it possible to be called into a thickbox window from a link instead of just being rendered?

Hi
Its based on the Google Charts API
Yes you could use bars although you would have to modify it yourself.
Basically you would just need to change the one parameter in the URL from
Code:
chart?cht=p3&
to
Code:
chart?cht=bvs&
Code:
See http://code.google.com/apis/chart/#required_params

I'm sure it's possible although I've never tried, yet again this would be something you would have to modify yourself.

One of the great things about this mod is that you can get pretty creative with your displays by simply changing the parameters.
For example this was done by changing one parameter.

I was just looking through the api, and indeed you can do quite a bit with it as far as displaying the data if you can change some parameters. I will get the module. Great job laying the foundation.
