Featured Story For Pligg 9.9.5

I am trying to install featured story module for pligg 9.9.5 but get the following error:

Warning: file_get_contents(.//libs/lang.conf) [function.file-get-contents]: failed to open stream:No such file or directory in /class.config.php on line 49
Could not open .//libs/lang.conf

Pligg 9.9.5 does not have the following file /libs/lang.conf

Is there a work around or am I missing something?

Do you have a languages/lang_english.conf file? Make sure your languages directory is CHMOD 777............
Wait a second.... how old is the featured story module? It might be from before we moved the language file, which means it needs updated so it knows where to look for the file.

On /featured_story/templates/featured_story_index.tpl,
replace

PHP Code:

{config_load file=$featured_story_lang_conf} 


with

PHP Code:

{config_load file="/languages/lang_".$pligg_language.".conf"}

I've changed cmstheme said but I've still this error:

CHMOD your /languages/lang_english.conf to 777

Thanks cmstheme for your reply but lang_english.conf to 777 archive is 777 and the error is the same.
