Module dont't show up in module managment panel.

Troubles!!!

I Upload the folder whith module to mysite.com/modules/
but module dont't show up in module managment panel and i
can't activate or install it

It's true for all others modules. Old modules work fine, but new dont't show up! Why?

This is something I've never heard happening before.. To anyone.

I would recommend checking again to see if you uploaded the correct folder to the right spot. Give a link to an example. I'm sure the people here could point you in the right direction.
